Turnaround

Every item is custom made to order. Most orders are ready in 2–4 days (business days). Team orders are ready 3–5 days after mockup approval.

Shipping

USPS Ground Advantage anywhere in the US: $4.99 flat, free on orders $35+. Transit is typically 2–5 days. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Local pickup

Choose free local pickup in Menifee, CA at checkout. We'll email you when it's ready to set a time.

Returns & remakes

Because each piece is personalized, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, or we made an error (wrong name, number or design), email PitchPrintFC@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll remake it free.

Cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering. Once production starts we can't cancel.
