Guide
How to apply cleat stickers.
Five minutes, zero bubbles. Here's how to put Cleat Slaps™ on so they look clean and stay put.
1. Clean the spot
Wipe the area with a little rubbing alcohol or a damp cloth and let it dry completely. Dirt, dust and oils are the #1 reason decals lift.
2. Pick a smooth zone
Heel counters, the outside midfoot and the tongue are best: smooth, low-flex areas. Avoid deep texture and the toe box where the boot bends most.
3. Peel slow, place once
Peel the sticker from its backing, line it up, and lay it down from the center outward to push out air.
4. Press for 30 seconds
Press firmly with your thumb across the whole decal for about 30 seconds. Warm hands help the adhesive grip.
5. Let it set
Give it a few hours before you play, ideally overnight.
Care tips
- Knock off mud and wipe your boots clean; don't scrub the decal.
- Air dry. Keep boots away from heaters and dryers.
- Each pack has 2 of every design, so you have a spare set for both boots.
